[00:00:04] I understand money now, and I want to know where I can invest people are just usually looking locally Toronto is Toronto
[00:00:12] But then when you're actually looking globally there are so many opportunities that people don't see you're making a big media play
[00:00:18] Right now with price to sell. What is it that Matt Campoli is doing in crime with you?
[00:00:23] What do you guys got cooking? We have the price to sell under money buys happiness
[00:00:27] So we have field trips field trips are by me that I tour luxury homes
[00:00:30] And then price to sell podcast is what he does and he brings on a lot of successful investors or successful people entrepreneurs
[00:00:40] It's popping everybody Nicky over here welcome back to another episode of What Would it Cost?
[00:00:45] I'm sitting down today with big T miss Tara Sadat, and it's always a pleasure being in her presence
[00:00:52] She's got an amazing energy very very high vibrational human being why because she's putting in the work
[00:00:58] She's putting in the work on the personal development side of things
[00:01:01] She's putting in the work in her career, and she's just putting the work and being a good person on an overall right?
[00:01:07] So today we're not only gonna just talk about real estate
[00:01:09] We're gonna talk about all that and I'm excited to host you Tara. So thank you for your time today
[00:01:14] Thanks for having me. I'm excited. Absolutely. All right. Let's get right into it
[00:01:23] Okay
[00:01:25] So lots going on always moving and shaking as I like to say a lot of
[00:01:30] Exciting things going on too right not only are you selling a lot of real estate?
[00:01:35] but you're very involved on the media side of things and
[00:01:39] always
[00:01:40] Smashing the social media
[00:01:43] Tell us a little bit about what that looks like on an ongoing basis
[00:01:47] Honestly, I don't even
[00:01:49] Try to sell I don't even want to sell real estate even though I am a real turd
[00:01:53] But then I just
[00:01:54] Started being in love with the media part because I was always in media and then it's inevitable that it brings you business
[00:02:00] Because when they see you're doing business you're into real estate every day
[00:02:05] You're on top of people's mind the first person that they're gonna call is you it's not even the call
[00:02:10] It's the Instagram that they DM me okay, there are people are always on Instagram. Yeah. Yeah, so
[00:02:16] Yeah, the past year has been very amazing for me
[00:02:21] We did the Florida thing together and I'm really looking internationally very looking at the box because I
[00:02:29] Understand money now and I want to and I want to know where I can
[00:02:34] Invest and people are just usually looking locally should I invest in Toronto or Mississauga?
[00:02:40] Which one's better Tara should I do Richmond Hill or Vaughan? It's like a 20 minute difference
[00:02:44] Not it's not gonna make that big of a difference in your life. Yeah, Toronto is Toronto
[00:02:49] But then when you actually are looking globally
[00:02:52] There are so many opportunities that people don't see but I'm a free soul so I get to go and explore them
[00:02:57] Yeah, yeah, very cool. No, I like that how you you
[00:03:01] incorporate your travel and lifestyle and
[00:03:05] Your following your personal brand right into the real estate business and it's worked for you
[00:03:11] Tie it together like that because you understand different markets
[00:03:13] You understand what the equity appreciation looks like in those markets along with the passive side of the income right and
[00:03:21] Then you got a strong following
[00:03:23] So leveraging those two and then having your real estate license
[00:03:26] Would only be natural that it ends up, you know leading to deals plus you got it
[00:03:30] You got a great energy on the socials too, right? Like you're not
[00:03:33] You're not, you know just focused on real estate. You're not just focused on lifestyle
[00:03:38] You're not just focused on your fitness. It's kind of like, you know, it's my life
[00:03:43] Yeah, and my life is all the real estate because since I wake up
[00:03:46] I I have a couple hours to myself myself care and the rest is work in what's work real estate
[00:03:52] Yeah, so I gotta make it fun too and so my social media is my life
[00:03:56] And when you say you understand different markets, no one's born understanding different markets
[00:04:01] But it's so easy to read. Yeah, you know
[00:04:03] It's so easy to act when you're interested about something you can actually read and it's so easy to connect with someone
[00:04:08] That's an expert in that market through social media in a minute and then
[00:04:13] Someone that's been working in a specific market for ten years can tell me all in two hours
[00:04:19] So that's what I've been doing connecting
[00:04:22] Expanding my network everywhere in the world. Yeah, and yeah, that's awesome
[00:04:27] I find a lot of value in that you could tell you're having a lot of fun doing it
[00:04:31] You're enjoying it. Yeah, especially right now since I walked into your office. I don't know the Florida memories just came back
[00:04:37] And I'm just super high friend otherwise Toronto. There's a little sunny today, but yeah
[00:04:43] I feel you we're on that tip on an ongoing basis over here. We're big Florida fanatics as well
[00:04:49] But so with that being said you're making a big media play right now with price to sell
[00:04:55] What you guys are doing is
[00:04:57] The street interviews is the podcast is touring the luxury properties
[00:05:03] And you're gonna continue to build on that from what I understand
[00:05:07] It's an offset and subsidiary of money buys happiness network, right?
[00:05:11] So great crew to be affiliated with and associated with now. Yeah, what is what does the future look like?
[00:05:18] What are you guys got up your sleeve? What's going on? Well since
[00:05:22] Since two years ago, I started touring houses and I did it in a different way and I can I can I
[00:05:30] Can bet that I was one of the ones that actually started house tours the way I do and
[00:05:36] Everybody else start
[00:05:38] Copying me okay, and I'm happy about that
[00:05:41] but I was everyone was like very
[00:05:44] professional just going through the house nobody was actually confident enough to come on the camera and start speaking and
[00:05:51] I did it I started three two and a half years ago doing house tours and then from then a lot of I
[00:06:00] Made connections with builders
[00:06:02] Straight so they would let me tour their homes and the more expensive houses
[00:06:07] I toured the other people saw that oh this girl has access to this four million dollar house
[00:06:12] Let my house is seven million. Let me let her tour and now I have almost seen a lot of the
[00:06:19] luxurious houses in Toronto and I
[00:06:22] Was saying in this and another podcast to my long term goal is not to always be a realtor
[00:06:28] It's to be an in real estate investor. That's why I'm in the business to understand it
[00:06:32] But even when I'm 30 35, I'll probably be making videos going through luxury homes
[00:06:38] Sure, because you're building the personal brand and you're seeing a lot of success leveraging it
[00:06:43] Right. Yeah, that's just what I get so excited when I see you know nice good. That's awesome tea and
[00:06:49] It wasn't always that way
[00:06:52] so tell us where you started and
[00:06:56] How you've ended up here right bring us through a little bit of what that journey looks like I
[00:07:01] Don't know if it's good or bad
[00:07:02] But where I am and what I do in the things that the labels that are on me the superstar realtor the international realtor all of
[00:07:09] That I never wanted them
[00:07:11] I
[00:07:12] Was taking some actions and people perceived it from the outside that way and they come up to me
[00:07:17] They're like oh, so you're in working internationally now. I'm like apparently I am okay
[00:07:24] You are the the real estate superstar. I was like, okay. I am
[00:07:29] And even when I started real estate it's because my friend told me should be a realtor and I was okay
[00:07:38] Nice the the future I had in my mind for myself since I was a kid was so different than where I am right now
[00:07:43] Nice. Yeah, but you know it doesn't surprise me now knowing you most recently
[00:07:49] You're like that free spirit, right?
[00:07:50] Like you kind of just you go with the flow
[00:07:52] but you're you're on a high vibrational frequency and
[00:07:56] You attract that right so there's a lot of good things happening for you in coming your way
[00:08:01] But that's your fault in a good way
[00:08:03] Yeah, so I mean good on you for putting in the work for staying positive for staying fit for you know honing in on
[00:08:09] Your craft and understanding a lot more about the real estate market for continuing your travels, right?
[00:08:14] I've asked so many entrepreneurs, you know like what's what's one of the things that really you know as a big contributor to your success
[00:08:21] And you know a lot of them say well trap being well traveled really helps right seeing different places in the world and different
[00:08:27] Economies and different people and you know different things that really
[00:08:31] Brings them a lot of value, right? So I mean I could see that that's really working for you in a big way
[00:08:36] Along with all those other things so good on you well deserved and
[00:08:41] Yeah, what what's
[00:08:43] Something that you really love
[00:08:47] About the business
[00:08:49] That you want the audience to know about or you want you up-and-coming
[00:08:54] Relators that are getting into the space to know about
[00:08:57] Yeah
[00:08:58] Something that I really love about the business. Yeah
[00:09:02] About what I do or what I can do for other people because about what I okay
[00:09:07] There's one thing that is exciting for both me and my clients when I'm actually selling or buying real estate
[00:09:13] Yeah, and that's the negotiation part. Okay, so the reason the very first time I was there
[00:09:19] I will never forget I was at cafe land where
[00:09:22] Bathurst and Rutherford sitting with my friend and he's like you got to be a realtor because you're gonna persuading people
[00:09:28] Okay, I
[00:09:30] Was like okay, so persuasion kind of is
[00:09:34] Is a type of negotiation you're you're you're you want to you want some someone to say okay?
[00:09:40] Whatever you want. So I started taking a negotiation classes and reading about how to negotiate so
[00:09:47] Winning a negotiation getting a good deal for my client
[00:09:52] That the rush that I get from that and the
[00:09:57] Success that I have is worth all the two months
[00:10:01] Shit that I went through. Yeah, that's awesome very cool and
[00:10:06] For the audience what's one tip? Yeah that you could give them that'll help them grow their social media
[00:10:14] When they're going you know for the personal brand built
[00:10:18] Do not overthink don't ever watch your video more than once when you want to post it
[00:10:23] What cuz listen no one's gonna watch more than once why are you watching it more than once?
[00:10:29] And we're our hardest critics. Yeah
[00:10:32] The other thing is that everyone's preoccupied you have to have something that
[00:10:39] That can grab the tension that can grab someone's attention because everybody is so your voice has to be louder than whatever people
[00:10:46] Are preoccupied with that can actually get people curious, right? That's why I
[00:10:54] Lot of the outfits I would wear in my videos. I wouldn't wear outside because everyone would be staring at me like
[00:11:01] Right purple
[00:11:04] But I do that smart that's smart you want to grab it you have five seconds to grab people's attention
[00:11:10] yeah, I've heard that and
[00:11:12] for me a lot there are a lot of people out on
[00:11:15] Social media that have a lot of followers that are just showing things that brings no value to people
[00:11:21] I myself before I go to bed sometimes. I'm not proud about it. I watch croissant and coffee videos
[00:11:28] Because they just grab my attention and I love food
[00:11:30] It doesn't add any value
[00:11:32] But for me because I want to monetize and make money through my social media through real estate
[00:11:37] I try to also give value that people would be interested in that they didn't know before yeah
[00:11:43] Very cool. I love that
[00:11:45] That's awesome
[00:11:46] You guys are liking this episode so far make sure to like subscribe and that will get right back into it
[00:11:51] What is something that we could look forward to see in the future? Yeah
[00:11:58] She knows I know
[00:12:00] The way I can make money which I love to is make other people money
[00:12:04] so I'm always looking for money making opportunities, okay and
[00:12:09] There are a lot of them outside of Toronto Toronto's amazing, but there are better ways
[00:12:16] That's why I am looking internationally. We were looking in Florida
[00:12:19] I'm looking in Dubai right now and people can be sure that I won't be a no at all
[00:12:24] But I will be doing a lot of research and traveling
[00:12:29] To these cities like to buy it and Miami
[00:12:33] They're the two cities in the water right now that have the most money coming in and out
[00:12:36] So I'm tapping into those markets and bringing good money making opportunities to my people amazing love that
[00:12:44] which which says a lot about you because
[00:12:48] It's easy to stay within the hyper local market that you're most familiar with
[00:12:53] Take on that product and put it in front of your clientele, right?
[00:12:57] But we've said this so many times when we were in Florida. It just doesn't feel
[00:13:03] Morally right anymore given that this product is what it is when it comes to a lot of these properties are
[00:13:09] You know in the cash flow deficit, you know, they're not going to see the equity appreciation
[00:13:14] That they have in the past ten years, right? The list goes on right? We don't we don't need to talk about that but
[00:13:21] You going out of your way to go to an event like you're going to tomorrow for one day only in the Florida market again
[00:13:29] Get well-versed meet more people
[00:13:32] Understand, you know the lay of the land a lot better than you already do and you've been doing that with both the Miami and Dubai markets
[00:13:40] Essentially what you want to do from it is have it lead to business
[00:13:44] So that's you, you know being an awesome sales agent at the end of the day
[00:13:48] Not just realtor but you're you know selling a product that you believe in and that you know is good, right?
[00:13:55] So whenever you're doing that and you're looking out for the investor's best interest, that's how you know, you know
[00:14:00] You're gonna be very successful
[00:14:01] So I mean good on you for doing that because there's not too many people that are there are you know
[00:14:06] Few hand-fulls of them right but you're definitely one of them that I see ongoing, you know
[00:14:11] I'm not saying that Toronto market is bad. There's no good or there are some bad markets
[00:14:17] But at this point Toronto's real estate is is magnificent in different ways for different people not a lot of people understand
[00:14:25] That Toronto's market might
[00:14:27] For what goal they have for cash flow goals
[00:14:31] Not your market, but if you are a mid to long-term investor go for it
[00:14:36] Toronto has a lot of room to still develop
[00:14:39] But again, I want to have access to different markets for different type of people because a lot of the investors that are looking for
[00:14:48] Cash flow are not happy in this market and I want to bring them what they want. Yeah good for you
[00:14:53] Good for you and what is it that your Pat partner Matt Campoli is doing in crime with you
[00:15:00] What do you guys got cooking because I see a lot of joint ventures happening, right?
[00:15:04] Yeah, well you guys make a good combo. It's interesting because even before I got my license
[00:15:09] I sat down with him at his office and I'm like listen
[00:15:12] I have a big social media and he was not that big on social media back then
[00:15:17] it was like
[00:15:19] Sorry Matt, but he's he's grown so much everybody knows him now
[00:15:23] Right, and I told him listen we can do so much with my social media
[00:15:26] And he's like yeah, I just get your license and it took me two years to get my license because I was busy doing other things
[00:15:32] But finally we got together with exp and then it didn't work out for me
[00:15:38] And then I went to do my own thing in the York region and finally we got together and we're like okay
[00:15:44] You have done what you whatever you wanted to I've done whatever I want to do
[00:15:47] We both have big pictures on social media
[00:15:50] Everybody knows us as the real real agents
[00:15:53] So now we can do things together
[00:15:56] We have the price to sell under money buys happiness
[00:15:58] So we have field trips field trips are by me that I tour luxury homes
[00:16:03] And then price to sell podcast is what he does and he brings on a lot of
[00:16:08] Successful investors or successful people entrepreneurs that you really want to listen to their stories
[00:16:14] And this exciting street interviews that yeah are
[00:16:19] Exciting really exciting love that love that so cool and
[00:16:23] Where is it that you get all this energy from where is it that?
[00:16:30] She's fisting it right now. I love that now there's more do it give us more I
[00:16:36] Love my life. Okay. Yeah, I am very happy and
[00:16:40] I am so blessed that I've found the key to that and that is meditation. Oh wow
[00:16:47] Big meditator you work out though. Oh, yeah, you eat healthy
[00:16:52] I've been around you have eight some meals with you keep it healthy
[00:16:56] Proportioning meals my day. Yeah
[00:16:58] planned
[00:17:00] So I have a time block planner every Sunday
[00:17:03] I time block and I have everything going on on paper because that's easier for me that I know
[00:17:10] Everything I'm doing in every second of the day
[00:17:12] I don't have any single spots left that I sit down
[00:17:14] I'm like what am I doing back to back to bag I have stuff going on and
[00:17:19] My morning routine has been the same for the past two years
[00:17:24] And it's see it's been more maybe less than two years, but no it's been two years. It's been
[00:17:31] My morning routine has gotten me where I am because when you win the morning you win the day you win the week
[00:17:36] Okay, what does that look like I wake up? Yeah make my bed the first little win. Yeah, you make your bed big
[00:17:43] Yeah, yeah, we had to go have to go to the bathroom in the morning. Yeah come back sit in my room. What does that mean?
[00:17:52] It's important some people I skip that I do
[00:17:56] Okay saying that okay
[00:18:02] And then I come back in my room and I meditate and
[00:18:06] Then I journal and then I go to the gym and then by the by 10 o'clock
[00:18:12] I want to be done taking care of myself so that I can start working nice and how long you meditate for
[00:18:19] So I don't have much time every day, so 15 to 30 minutes
[00:18:23] That's not bad. And what does that look like just a guided meditation on YouTube guided
[00:18:30] You tube it depends on the day sometimes you really need the guided because your mind just wander off
[00:18:35] Yeah, I do Joe dispensa and I do visualization
[00:18:40] Meditations which has changed my mind in my life drastically. Yeah crazy beautiful
[00:18:47] Yeah, you tube and I have YouTube premium, so I don't get
[00:18:53] Yeah, I get started suck on on a meditation
[00:18:57] But honestly you do meditation everything else comes your way
[00:19:01] Because then really because you're tapping to the subconscious mind
[00:19:04] Yeah, if you are strong enough to get there and all the knowledge in the world is in one place and we can all connect to it
[00:19:11] Yeah, and you can connect to that
[00:19:14] You're done. Nice. I love that very cool. All right meditate guys
[00:19:19] and
[00:19:20] Anything you want to let us know about that you feel is interesting or you working on for the future or
[00:19:28] Yeah, so what I have been working on
[00:19:31] Recently in the past month. Yeah is Dubai's market. I've been researching a lot about it and I know that they have a big 20
[00:19:38] 40 plan yeah, and Dubai is gonna be the most attractive city for people to live in and
[00:19:45] There are lots of master plans coming up there
[00:19:48] There's a lot of sustainability coming into their project which and we know we really have to be try to be more sustainable
[00:19:56] and
[00:19:57] Dubai is gonna be one of the smartest cities in the future and
[00:20:01] It's all already late
[00:20:04] To be tapping into real estate market in Dubai because when some men when a place is attractive to live in people need a place to live
[00:20:11] So so you need real estate. It's already late, but not too late
[00:20:15] And I really think people that
[00:20:18] Investors that have met two long-term goals. They need to look into Dubai and they can call me and
[00:20:25] Also, Florida too because
[00:20:28] But I recently I've just been doing a lot of research on Dubai, but Florida. I'm in love with them going tomorrow night
[00:20:34] Nice nice so tell the audience a little bit more about where it is
[00:20:39] They could find you where they could follow along your journey and
[00:20:42] And yeah, okay. Yes, you can find me everywhere
[00:20:47] I have all the social media. I have tiktok Instagram terrace of that
[00:20:53] lots of fake pages, but follow the one with the most followers and then
[00:20:58] YouTube to watch the house tours because I know people love to see luxury homes
[00:21:03] Yeah, and then you want to call me because you want to buy or sell your home
[00:21:07] My phone number is always on Google. There you go. All right guys. Thank you very much
[00:21:12] Thank you for having me and busy busy your time block the whole week
[00:21:16] There's not a spare minute. So the fact that you'd give us an hour of your time today is awesome and make your way
[00:21:22] All the way up over here to a pleasure. Okay, of course. Thank you
